"A full gut renovation to an 8,000 square-foot, three-level penthouse in a historically significant building on Central Park. The renovation is a wholesale reorganization of a patchwork of spaces across several units to combine them into a single cohesive residence. The project also reconfigures much of the penthouse’s structural steel to accommodate an elevator and mezzanine level, removes partitions to create open and flowing living areas, adds a sculptural staircase, and rebuilds a rooftop solarium."
