An 1891 Victorian in Palm Beach is renovated by designer Phoebe Howard into a colorful beach house filled with colorful textiles and paint colors along with and rattan furnishings for homeowners Julie and Brian Simmons, who turned the home into a guesthouse. Called “Duck’s Nest" by its owners, the house is the second-oldest house in Palm Beach.
