This Santa Monica home by Marmol Radziner is a great example of the firm’s continued pursuit of the design-build tradition, where the firm serves as both architect and general contractor to streamline the process for their clients. Marmol Radziner was also the interior designer and landscape architect. As with all of Marmol Radziner’s projects, the garden is a major focal point of the project. Designed for a young family, this 8,000-square-foot, two-story residence features a pool and sunken tennis court against a backdrop of a lush garden that you might not expect for a home located at a busy intersection in the North of Montana neighborhood.
