Consolidating multiple business units into a single facility, the new MAHLE North American Headquarters increases efficiency, collaboration and production to better serve the reemerging U.S. automobile industry in Detroit. With the acquiring of an adjacent facility, the existing office complex and technology center were physically connected adding a new 4,000-square-foot "front door" and collaboration hub for the campus. This collaboration hub also serves as a two-story bridge between the existing facility and the newly acquired space bringing the two together seamlessly.
