The Yard at College Avenue:
Serving as the new “front porch” for the Rutgers-New Brunswick campus, this 14-story, U-shaped on-campus apartment building features 16- single-bedroom apartments (up to four bedrooms per unit) can house 465 students. Riddled with common areas, The Yard features a two-level sky lounge on the top floor where students have views of the New York City skyline, a 25,000-sq.ft. public green space which; and moveable outdoor seating with a 320-sq.ft. LED outdoor monster for sporting and cultural events.
Rutgers Academic Building:
The first academic building to be constructed on the College Avenue campus since 1961, the Rutgers Academic Building is a state-of-the-art, classically designed, 200,000 sq. ft. academic facility featuring modern lecture halls, various classroom sizes, informal learning spaces and also conference and office spaces.
