As of 2013, this is the new corporate headquarters for Bob Evans Farms. The campus is comprised of a 175,197sq.ft. facility that is made up of three separate structures. The main building is 137,542sq.ft. and is home to all offices. These offices feature price and open-office workspace; conference rooms, various test kitchens, cafeteria, fitness area, locker rooms and balconies for employees to enjoy during work hours. The training building adjacent to the main building is used for a training space for off-site employees as well as a place for all on-site gatherings. Within the training building you find a large meeting room, limited office space, loading dock, and administration areas. The campus itself includes both visitor and employee entrances and walking paths for all to enjoy, a large pond, gardens, patios, and orchards of fresh fruit trees and bushes.
