A Tribeca loft is transformed into a modern home with tons of outdoor space including a deck and impressive views. The home was updated and designed with the help of architect Matthew Baird of Baird Architects and interior design firm 2Michaels Design, run by sisters Joan and Jayne Michaels. RKLA Studio Landscape Architecture was hired to transform the roof and outdoor spaces, while Roger Miller Gardens composed the plants and grasses.
