Located on 250 acres, the Churchtown Dairy in Claverack is outfitted with a vaulted dome built. Abby Rockefeller, who owns the land and built the dairy, is part of a long line of philanthropic Rockefellers in the State of New York, is a longtime champion of sustainable agriculture and unprocessed food. Rockefeller hired architect and close friend Rick Anderson to help her design the farm.
